Property Investment Model

Register

Register your interest for the deal. It's quick and easy and all we require is your name and number. As an investor, you’re under no obligation whatsoever to buy – this just ensures that you get the first option on the best in property investment stock. As a Millmax investor, you traditionally have 3 days before the deal is opened to the property investment market.

Reserve your property

Reserving an apartment. Once you've registered, we recommend that you read our property investment pack and after speaking with our investor relations, if you choose to reserve an apartment, you will need to pay our £5,000 investor contribution to purchase cost before completing your Decision in Principal (DIP). Completing ownership. You will then have contact with your brokers who will arrange for the best possible buy to let mortgage, we'll arrange independent valuations and pass you to your team of specialist solicitors who will help manage your purchase. You will be allocated a Client Support Manager to help you through to completing your ownership of the property

Getting your property rented

Quick tenancy of your apartment. Once completed, you will be passed to our After-Sales Team who will work with leading letting agents to ensure your apartment is quickly tenanted. We'll also negotiate a 2 - 4% discount with each letting agent to improve your rental yield.


The Sums Add Up

£6,800 gets you full ownership that covers: stamp duty, legal costs and administration costs.
